I had withdrawals and developed night terrors and generalized anxiety after coming off an antidepressant badly middle of last year. It had been prescribed to me to help me sleep with back pain. I had no clue how dependent my nervous system had become on such a low dose of amitriptyline. I’ve been working through this with a therapist, breathing exercises, and trying different herbal supplements. I finally tried CBD beginning a few weeks ago and I can definitely say that it helps. He had been prescribed an antidepressant as a sleep aid to help him sleep with his back pain. When trying to stop the medication he went into withdrawals, night terrors/panic attacks, heart racing, and some random daytime anxiety. It took a year of therapy, doing breathing exercises, yoga, etc. to work through it all and get to a point where he could rest more often than not. But there was still some lingering random anxiety during the day. Using the CBD has become another tool for him to feel back to normal. It took some experimenting with dosage and frequency. But it seems like 1/2 mil of the 1250mg, three times a day, is doing the trick. As a side benefit, his pain from his degenerative disc disease isn’t as bad any more. That might be the CBD or the year’s worth of Yoga, or both. We are so glad we found this and we recommend it often. We like that the test results of each batch is so easy to access too. Thank you.

I¡¯m in the midst of weaning off of Trazodone (taken for return of chronic sleep problem post TKR) & I cant believe that its going so well & I can only think its because of Spectrum CBD.
